Mental wellness is an essential part of everyone’s life. Life stresses and strains mean that sometimes we need a bit of space to get things off of our chests, talk things through, make sense of things out loud, to an empathic and unbiased, unrelated person.
As a trained counsellor I offer relaxed, supportive, talking therapy sessions. I invite you to talk freely about anything that may be on your mind feeling safe in the knowledge that the session will be in a calm, confidential space.
Anxiety Support
During talking therapy sessions, we can also work on identifying the roots of anxiety difficulties and move on to create easy, instant-recovery tools to help you in any situation. I will coach you to use your own unique anxiety-busting exercises in a very calming and relaxed way, you can then use them whenever you feel overwhelmed or stressed.
One-to-one talking sessions boost self-confidence, promote relaxation and reduce anxiety.
Talking therapy can be booked as an individual session or added to reiki or massage sessions.
