The wide range of wellbeing treatments on offer at A Little YOU Time give you scope to mix and match, a 60-minute session could include a self-chosen treatment combination or perhaps choose one from this list of my client’s recommended favourites:

• 30 minutes Talking Therapy & 30 minutes back, neck and shoulders massage
  
• 45 minutes of Swedish Massage & 15 minutes of Reiki Healing
  
• 30 minutes Facial Massage & 30 minutes Indian Head Massage
  
• 30 minutes back, neck and shoulders massage, 15 minutes Indian Head Massage & 15 minutes Reiki Healing
• 30 minutes Talking Therapy & 30 minutes Indian Head Massage
  

The combinations are totally up to you and so relaxing you will feel like staying for another hour to sleep it off – unfortunately that won’t be possible – but we will look forward to your next visit very soon.
