Referrals and New Clients
A Little YOU Time values each of our customers and look forward to greeting them warmly.
We offer a ‘thank you discount’ to existing clients when they refer a new client (booked and completed). A discount of £5 is applied to the existing client’s next and the new client’s first 60min session.
New clients can book a provisional treatment session via phone, email or WhatsApp/messenger. We require a 50% deposit to secure the first session, this payment can be made via electronic transfer or in cash, the remaining 50% to be paid on completion of the appointment.

Cancellations & missed appointments
Due to the difficulty in filling cancelled appointments without sufficient notice: appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice and missed appointments may be charged a fee.
